Someone I know (mid-30s, no kids) recently said that she still gets "Back to School" vibes in September. I wholeheartedly agree and I don't believe we are alone. I'm now more than a decade out of the world of full time education, and to me September still feels like more of a fresh start than the new year does. The Valentine's Day roses have dropped their petals for another year, next up on your calendar of giving - Mother's Day! Depends entirely on your point of view, but I'd suggest this occasion is a little more deserving of your hard-earned... Hi. I'm here to talk about one of the most difficult, contentious and divisive issues in the modern workplace today. That's right guys, it's Secret Santa.
