We hope you love your order, but if not, we're not here to make your life difficult. Please follow these simple steps should you need to return an item:
1. Notify us of your intention to return an item. You must do this within 14 days of receipt of your order. To do this email: email@example.com.
Please supply proof of purchase (your order number will suffice) and a reason for the return.
In the case of a faulty or damaged item, please supply photos as we may not require you to physically return the item to us.
2. We will respond to your email with full instructions on how to return your item, including the returns address and a unique reference number to include with your parcel.
To be eligible for return your item must be unopened/unused, including its original packaging (including any tags) and must be in the same condition that you received it.
3. You then need to send us the parcel within 7 days of receiving our emailed instructions. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service and obtain proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit.
Please note we cannot accept any returns of which we have not been notified in advance.
4. We will contact you again on receipt of the returns parcel and arrange a replacement or refund as necessary. At our discretion (usually only in the case of faulty, damaged or misdescribed items), we will refund the cost of your returns postage, as well as the cost of the item.

Faulty or damaged items
In cases of a faulty or damaged items, please follow the steps above. Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting us first, as we may not require you to physically return the item.
In the case of faulty or damaged items, we will refund the full cost of the item and the return shipping cost where relevant. If your entire order is damaged/faulty we will also refund the original postage cost for your order.
Please supply us with photos of any damaged or faulty items, as we may require these to make claims with third party couriers or suppliers.
If a parcel looks to have been damaged in transit, please take photos of the parcel before opening, if at all possible.
Please note all refunds will be supplied entirely at our discretion.
